Circuit Training
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. Our training will be a mix of TRX, P90X and HIIT.
PiYo LIVE
PiYo LIVE is a 45-60 minute class, music driven, strength, stretch, cardio, with benefits of sweating and toning your physique using Pilates and Yoga moves.
HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Barre
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Our classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Kettlebell
You will always get a full body workout with the Kettlebell and body-weight exercises. This is an efficient way to get core strength and your HR conditioning for all levels of fitness. No two classes are the same to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.
